Reservation Policy

  • Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
  • If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
  • The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travellers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
  • We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
  • Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 9:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

Booking Policy

  • The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable amount of 20% of the total cost, along with completed personal information form or an email confirming your intent to travel
  • 50% of the total cost to be paid at the time of confirmation of the booking (this includes the non-refundable amount of 20%) 30 days prior to date of check-in
  • Balance to be paid 15 days prior to check-in. In case the full payment is not realized into our account 15 Days prior to arrival, the booking will be cancelled without any intimation / notice
  • Refund, after charging cancellation, deposited through cheque / bank deposits within 7-10 working days

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be intimated in writing. In the event of any cancellation by you, the initial deposit amount (20% of total cost of tour) shall stand forfeited, and further cancellation shall be levied as per the following terms:

  • More than 15 days before arrival: 20% of the total cost
  • 8-14 days before check-in: 50% of the total cost
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 80% of the total cost
  • 48 hrs or less before check-in: No refund (will be considered as no show)
  • No show: No refund

Amendment Policy

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellation
  • Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
